DMCA & Copyright Policy
iiptv respects the intellectual property rights of all copyright holders and complies fully with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
iiptv ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of copyright holders and is committed to operating in full compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512 and applicable international copyright laws. This policy explains how we handle copyright infringement claims and the procedures for submitting a valid takedown notice.
iiptv Does Not Host Content
Important: iiptv does not host, store, upload, upload, cache, or distribute any media files, television broadcasts, movies, or live streams on its own servers. Our service provides access credentials that connect subscribers to publicly available third-party streaming sources. We have no direct control over the content available on external third-party servers and infrastructure.
Overview
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) provides a mechanism for copyright owners to request the removal of infringing content from online platforms. iiptv takes all copyright concerns seriously and will act promptly upon receipt of a valid, properly filed DMCA notice.
If you believe that content accessible through the iiptv service infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal takedown notice to our Designated DMCA Agent as described in this policy.
⚖️ Safe Harbour: iiptv qualifies for DMCA Safe Harbour protection under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) by promptly responding to valid takedown notices and maintaining a repeat infringer termination policy.
No Hosting Policy
iiptv operates strictly as a subscription access service. We do not:
- Host, store, or archive any video, audio, or media files on our own servers
- Upload or distribute any television channels, movies, or series
- Control, manage, or operate the third-party servers that deliver stream content
- Record, cache, or rebroadcast any live or on-demand streams
All streaming content is sourced from and served by third-party providers and publicly accessible servers over which iiptv has no editorial control. Accordingly, copyright infringement claims relating to specific content should be directed to the originating source or hosting provider.
ℹ️ However, if you identify specific iiptv platform content, marketing materials, or website content that infringes your copyright, please follow the takedown procedure below and we will act immediately.

⚠️ Account termination: Any subscriber found to be systematically sharing, redistributing, or reselling copyrighted content without authorisation will be immediately terminated and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Good Faith & Abuse of DMCA Process
iiptv takes the DMCA process seriously and expects all parties to act in good faith. The following actions constitute abuse of the DMCA process and may result in legal consequences:

✅ Our commitment: We will act on all valid, good faith DMCA notices within 3 business days. We will not act on vague, incomplete, or clearly bad-faith notices.
Policy Modifications
iiptv reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
