Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the iiptv service in any way — including browsing our website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or contacting our support team — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the iiptv service and website.

Description of Service

iiptv provides an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming subscription service that allows subscribers to access live television channels, Video on Demand (VOD) content, and series through compatible IPTV player applications and devices.

Our service includes:

Eligibility

To use the iiptv service, you must meet the following requirements:

>You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your country >You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract >You must provide accurate and complete information during registration >You must have a valid payment method >Your use of the service must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws

If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use iiptv under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

Account & Registration

When you purchase an iiptv subscription, we create an account for you using the email address provided at checkout. Your account credentials (username and password) are delivered to your email within 60 seconds of payment confirmation.

Your Responsibilities

>Keep your login credentials confidential and secure >Not share your credentials with anyone outside your household >Notify us immediately at support@iiptv.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account >Ensure all information provided to us is accurate and up to date >Take full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

Subscriptions & Billing

iiptv offers several subscription plans with different durations and pricing. All pricing is displayed on our Pricing page.

Subscription Plans

>Monthly plan — Billed once per month, renews manually >6-Month plan — Billed as a one-time payment for 6 months of access >Annual plan — Billed as a one-time payment for 12 months, best value

Payment

>All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated >Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit card, PayPal, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other crypto >Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers >iiptv does not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment data >Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you will be notified before expiry

Activation

Upon successful payment, your iiptv account will be activated within 60 seconds. Your login credentials will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your credentials within 10 minutes, please contact our support team immediately.

Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our service. Our refund policy is as follows:

When Refunds Are Eligible

>You request a refund within 48 hours of purchase >The service has a major technical fault that our team is unable to resolve within 72 hours >You were charged incorrectly or your payment was processed more than once

When Refunds Are Not Eligible

>More than 48 hours have passed since the subscription was activated >Buffering or quality issues caused by your internet connection (not our servers) >Incompatibility with a specific device (we offer a free trial — test before you buy) >You changed your mind after using the service >Your account was suspended due to a violation of these Terms >Partial refunds for unused subscription time are not available

To request a refund, contact us at support@iiptv.com within the eligible timeframe. All refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days.

Acceptable Use

Your iiptv subscription is granted for personal, non-commercial use only within your private household. You are permitted to:

>Access iiptv on up to the number of simultaneous connections included in your plan >Use compatible IPTV player apps (TiviMate, Smarters, VLC, etc.) to stream content >Watch on any personal device within your household >Contact our support team at any time for setup help or technical assistance

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund:

>Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing iiptv credentials or access to third parties without our express written consent >Sharing your account credentials publicly (e.g. on social media, forums, or websites) >Using the service for commercial purposes such as public screenings, hotels, bars, or gyms >Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with iiptv's servers or infrastructure >Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape the service >Using the service to transmit harmful, offensive, illegal, or fraudulent content >Circumventing or bypassing any technical protection measures on the service >Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws in connection with the service

Intellectual Property

The iiptv website, brand, logo, design, and all original content created by iiptv are the exclusive intellectual property of iiptv and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The streaming content available through the iiptv service is provided by third-party broadcasters and content providers. iiptv does not own or claim ownership of any third-party television channels, movies, or series made available through the service.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the iiptv service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes as described in these Terms. This licence does not include the right to download, record, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any streamed content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The iiptv service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

>Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement >Guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure >Guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any specific channel or content

iiptv does not warrant that any specific channel, programme, or content will be available at any given time. Channel availability may be affected by broadcasting rights, technical issues, or events beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iiptv and its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

>Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill >Interruption of service or loss of access >Any damage caused by third-party content streamed through the service >Any damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials

In no event shall iiptv's total cumulative liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship as follows:

Termination by You

>You may discontinue using the iiptv service at any time >Simply do not renew your subscription upon expiry >Contact support@iiptv.com to request account deletion

Termination by iiptv

>We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate any of these Terms >Termination due to Terms violations is not eligible for a refund >We may also terminate or suspend access for extended periods of inactivity, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion with reasonable notice

Upon termination, your right to access the iiptv service ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws and regulations. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the following order:

>Step 1 — Direct resolution: Contact our support team at support@iiptv.com. We will make every effort to resolve your concern within 5 business days >Step 2 — Mediation: If direct resolution fails, the parties agree to seek resolution through online mediation before pursuing legal action >Step 3 — Legal action: If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts

Nothing in these Terms shall limit your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.

Changes to These Terms

iiptv reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

>Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page >Notify active subscribers by email at least 7 days before major changes take effect >Post a notice on the iiptv website homepage

Your continued use of the iiptv service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the service before the effective date of the changes.
